Pardo Build specializes in high-performance, sustainable homes thoughtfully built to stand the test of time.

We work with clients and project teams from the earliest stages of planning through construction and completion.

Some clients come to us with an architect and consultants already in place; others engage us earlier and we help assemble an integrated team of design, engineering, and performance professionals.

In either case, we believe the strongest projects come from bringing the right people together early. Early collaboration creates better communication, more informed budgeting, fewer surprises during construction, and a stronger connection between design intent, performance goals, and how the building is actually constructed.

Our role is to help keep those pieces aligned throughout the project, combining careful construction and technical building knowledge with clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a collaborative process.

Yaron Pardo is the founder of Pardo Build and a Phius Certified Builder.

Yaron’s background spans woodworking, architectural millwork, design, and construction across both residential and commercial settings.

That range of experience has shaped an approach that combines craftsmanship and technical building knowledge with disciplined project management, clear communication, and thoughtful planning. He brings an understanding of both the hands-on work of building and the more structured processes required to coordinate complex projects successfully.

Yaron is directly involved on site and in managing the Pardo Build team, with an emphasis on creating a culture of critical thinking, collaboration, and shared responsibility. The goal is not simply to execute a set of drawings, but to encourage everyone involved to ask good questions, communicate clearly, and contribute their experience toward better solutions.

He works closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and trades from preconstruction through completion, with an emphasis on transparency, coordination, and carrying good decisions through from the early stages of a project into the finished building.

High-performance construction isn’t a separate category of work for us; it informs the way we approach every project.

Phius establishes rigorous, climate-specific standards for passive and high-performance buildings. While not every Pardo Build project pursues certification, those principles provide a technical framework for how we think about insulation, airtightness, thermal bridging, moisture management, windows and doors, mechanical systems, durability, and comfort.
